Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Room 803, Building C, No. 99 Pihe Road, Xindu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China.

We do not accept items returned without a prior return request.

Inspection Upon Delivery

After receiving your package, please carefully inspect your item(s). To ensure you are eligible for a claim, we require that you record a video while opening the package. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Exchanges

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund.
