Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and carrier-approved delivery address. Unfortunately, once a package leaves China, we have no control over the shipping process. We are not responsible for any delivery problems caused by reasons beyond our control (e.g., inaccurate address, problems with the shipping company, no one at the address upon delivery, failure to comply with customs procedures, etc.). We are also not responsible for any losses caused by any errors of the shipping carrier (e.g., package delays or loss). If you are dissatisfied with the product and wish to exchange it, you will bear all return shipping costs. Please read our refund and exchange policy for more information.
